Sheltering Arms Homehealth Names New Branch Director
Sheltering Arms is please to announce that Enetta Pong joined Sheltering Arms Home Healthcare as its Branch Director in April of this year.
In the role of Branch Director, Enetta will work with a team of therapist, nurses, and administrative staff to coordinate clinical services for patients with a need for skilled health care in the home that supports their wellness and quality of life. She will also be responsible for building and expanding relationships with new and existing referral sources throughout our service area.

Enetta brings over 25 years’ experience in healthcare operations and strategy development. She began her career at one of the largest municipal hospitals in New York City, where she led a team of managed care coordinators to educate physicians and administrators on regulatory compliance with federal and state laws. Her skills and passion for excellence were readily transferred to Charlottesville, Virginia where she was the
Business Manager for a large, multicentered pediatric practice. Enetta later joined PartnerMD, a regional concierge primary care physician practice headquartered in Richmond, where she became its Corporate Director of Clinical Services. In this capacity, Enetta managed a multidisciplinary team of health professionals, designed and implemented strategies to streamline workflow processes and spearheaded the opening, recruitment and training of staff of several new sites in various parts of the country.
